Don't Miss the Bowie Earth Day Concert, Art Exhibit

Bowie's Green Team will host their free 2nd annual Earth Day Concert and Art Exhibit at the BCPA from 7 to 9 p.m.

On Sunday, April 24th, Bowie's Green Team will host their second annual Earth Day Concert & Art Exhibit at the Bowie Center for Performing Arts from 7-9pm. Admission is free so that all may enjoy, and no tickets are needed. Come celebrate our local landscape with a short film 'Centennial Celebration of Nature' by local filmmaker Kali Belden. There will be live musical performances by the Capital Reeds, Waso Taiko (Japanese Drums), Walidanes (Women's African Drums), and Category 5 Wind Ensemble. Enjoy artwork on display by local artist Nathanael Scott featuring repurposed building materials as well as the Bowie Green Expo Poster Contest winners.
