PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD โ€” Numerous adorable adoptables await their forever homes through The SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's County, Inc. Elton and Seal are 16-week-old puppies whose mom is a Keeshond and dad might be an Australian shepherd, but their paternal bloodlines are unknown.

Elton happens to be the biggest pup out of the accidental litter. He also has the furriest coat and has been described as confident, adventurous and loves to kiss.

Seal loves to run, jump and evade a human's grasp because he just wants to have fun. Each puppy in this litter has developed into their own unique sweetheart. They're each active, healthy, playful and just want to be loved.

A little bit about Keeshonds ... they're described as friendly, lively, outgoing, loyal and child-friendly. Mom is best friends with a 5-year-old and loves kids. She's also passed along to the puppies her distinctive marking of "spectacles" around her eyes, a curled tail and a beautiful double coat.

The puppies are up-to-date on worming, vaccinations, vet care and are microchipped. All pups will be altered prior to adoption so some may not be ready to head to their forever homes until mid-February.

Anyone interested in adopting these adorable pups should fill out a no-obligation adoption application. Because The SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's County, Inc. is a volunteer-run group, all animals are cared for in foster homes and animals must be placed within the greater Baltimore-DC area.
