Emergency Warming Centers Remain Open Thursday

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — As winter weather continues to plague the area, emergency warming centers will continue to be open to the community on Thursday.

There are three designated emergency warming centers in the county that are open currently. One will remain open for 24 hours a day until further notice.

  • open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The following childcare centers will be closed Thursday:

• Glenridge Childcare Center
  • 7200 Gallatin Street, Landover, MD 20784
• Prince George's County Employees Childcare Center
  • 5310 Judges Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772
  • **Status may change based on Prince George’s County opening status
