This is the kick off for "Bearden at Bowie," an exhibition of rare works by African American artist Romare Bearden. The exhibit will run Thursday, September 20, 2012- Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the new BSU Fine & Performing Arts Center's Gallery of Art.
This event will feature guest speaker, Diedra Harris-Kelly, Bearden’s niece and co-director of the Bearden Foundation.
Light refreshments will be served after the brief program.
