The City of Bowie will take part in the 28th Annual National Night Out with festivities at Allen Pond Park. This annual nationwide event is to foster neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships in the fight for a safer country. The Bowie Police Department, community organizations and area businesses will join together to raise the public's awareness about safety through a variety of activities, including law enforcement displays, fingerprinting, interactive entertainment provided by Best Buy, a moon bounce and free snacks and water.
