Fatal Stabbing In Capitol Heights Under Investigation: Police
Prince George's County homicide detectives are investigating the stabbing death of a D.C. man Wednesday in Capitol Heights.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Homicide detectives with the Prince George's County Police Department are seeking the public's help in identifying the person or persons responsible for the fatal stabbing of a D.C. man in Capitol Heights, according to a police release.
Officers were dispatched Wednesday, Feb. 19, around 11:30 a.m., to the 7500 block of Millrace Road to check on the welfare of an individual. Upon arrival, officers found the victim outside of a residence suffering from stab wounds. The victim, who was identified as Timothy Juwuan Jackson, 22, of Washington, D.C., was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to determine the motive and suspects involved in the incident.
