Fatal Stabbing Suspect Arrested: Prince George's Police
A 29-year-old has been arrested and faces charges in connection to the fatal stabbing of a Suitland man.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 29-year-old Clinton man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of 47-year-old Anthony Taylor Sr. of Suitland.
On Nov. 2 at approximately 12:05 p.m., Officers responded to the 4900 block of Indian Head Highway for a report of a stabbing. Officers found Taylor Sr. in the parking lot with a stab wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the Prince George's Police Department.
The preliminary investigation revealed Scottland and Taylor did not know each other. The suspect stabbed the victim during a dispute, the police department noted.
Scottland has been charged with first- and second-degree murder plus additional charges. If anyone has information relevant to this investigation, they are asked to call detectives at 301-516-2512.
