Federal Sex Trafficking Charges Filed Against Prince George's Man

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A Prince George’s County man pleaded guilty Thursday to federal sex trafficking charges after admitting he used violence, threats, sexual assault and drugs to force two women into commercial sex acts with numerous men across several states.

Brandon Sartor, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Court documents say Sartor trafficked the women between December 2024 and April 2025 in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Sartor initially recruited each woman by falsely promising to help her make money, prosecutors said. He then forced the women to have sex with as many as 10 men a day and took the money they received.

According to court documents, Sartor controlled the women through physical violence, threats and sexual assault. He punched and hit them, and threatened to hurt or kill them or their family members if they didn't cooperate, prosecutors said.

Sartor also used drugs to control one of the women, according to court documents. Prosecutors said he provided and withheld drugs in a way that caused her to fear going through opioid withdrawal if she did not comply with his demands.

U.S. Attorney Jason A. Reding Quiñones for the Southern District of Florida described Sartor’s treatment of the women as brutal and exploitative.

“This defendant treated human beings as commodities — brutalizing and exploiting vulnerable women for his own profit,” Quiñones said. “That conduct is reprehensible. Those who traffic and profit from the suffering of others will be pursued relentlessly and held accountable.”

Sartor is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 17. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in federal prison and a maximum sentence of life. He also could receive supervised release for up to life and will be required to pay restitution to the victims. A federal judge will determine his sentence.
