Fire Breaks Out At Prince George's County Church
An intense fire broke out at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Upper Marlboro Thursday morning.
UPPER MARLBORO, MD — An intense fire broke out at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden Thursday morning, fire officials said.
Mark Brady, the Chief Spokesperson for Prince George's County Fire/EMS, first reported the blaze at 9:55 a.m. at the church in the 600 block of Watkins Park Dr.
The building is under construction and the roof caught on fire, Brady said.
