Firefighters Rescue Man Trapped in Recycling Machine
Victim had both legs entangled in a conveyor belt in Saturday morning incident, according to Prince George's County Fire Department.
A man is expected to recover after being stuck in a recycling center conveyor belt Saturday morning, according to Prince George’s County Fire spokesman Mark Brady.
Firefighters and medics responded at 10:15 a.m Saturday to the facility in Chapel Oaks. The man in his late 20s had his legs entangled in a conveyor belt.
The man was conscious and in pain as firefighters worked to remove him from the machine.

Once removed, paramedics treated the man, who had suffered traumatic injuries to both legs.
He was transported to an area trauma center with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
