Police arrested Carraway last February after the uncle of one of the victims saw a nude image on the child's phone. Police later connected other children to Carraway.
Carraway pleaded not guilty to 270 criminal charges of sex abuse of a minor, sex offenses and child pornography in Prince George's County Court. His lawyers say that the defendant has a low IQ and some of his statements should not be admitted.
