Home Invaders Pretend to be Cops in Lanham: Police
Police are looking for several men who robbed two people in a home early Tuesday.

LANHAM, MD — Police are looking for several men who falsely claimed to be police officers and then forced their way into a home in Lanham.
The men barged into a home in the 9400 block of Franklin Street at around 12:50 a.m. Tuesday morning dressed in hoodies and claiming to be police officers, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.
The men made "several demands" of the two victims, and stole multiple items before fleeing. They were armed with handguns, the report states.

No one was hurt in the incident, and police don't think it was a random crime.
The report adds: "Anyone with information on the identities of these suspects is asked to call 301-772-4905.
