Breaking news: it’s cold!

Her boss keeps saying “It’s colder than Hades,” but “that’s not a saying,” @MckennaQuinter says on Twitter. It might be a saying; there are more sayings about it being cold out than, er, ants at a picnic.

In Prince George’s County, the wind chill is expected to make temperatures feel like 5 degrees to 10 degrees below zero with wind gusts reaching 35 mph.

It’s too flippety-freezing out for most people and everyone’s complaining. It’s colder than a “pile of penguin poop outside.” That’s one of our favorites, and we’ve gathered a collection of Tweets observing the temperatures this week to check out below.
