Kittens Rescued From Locked Vehicle By Police Officers
Two kittens who were accidentally locked inside their owner's car Tuesday were set free by Greenbelt police officers.

GREENBELT, MD — Two kittens ended up having a near cat-astrophic experience Tuesday when their owner accidentally locked her keys inside her vehicle - with the kittens still inside.
The recorded high on Tuesday in Maryland ranged from the mid-30s to the mid-40s. But with sunshine beaming through a car window, that accelerates the temperature inside the vehicle.
Police officers with the Greenbelt department arrived at the scene quickly and were able to rescue the kittens from the car, then checked them out to make sure they were okay.
