LANHAM, MD — A Prince George's County restaurant has earned high praise, landing a spot on OpenTable's latest list of the "100 Hottest Restaurants in America."

On Wednesday, the online restaurant reservation site released its latest compilation of eateries that provide "thrilling" meals. Representing the county is SoBe Restaurant & Lounge, 10621 Greenbelt Road in Lanham.

The restaurant's website says it offers "refined lunch and dinner menus featuring fresh seafood and a fusion of Latin, Asian, American, and Italian fare. We serve fresh fish daily and our chef complements our entrées with locally grown, seasonal vegetables."

According to OpenTable, the list was made using the opinions stated in some 5 million restaurant reviews submitted between March 1, 2015, and Feb. 29 by verified diners at more than 20,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

SoBe was the only Maryland restaurant to make the list.

"The winning restaurants are highly regarded for their lively ambiance, and many feature vibrant bar and lounge scenes with an after-hours feel," OpenTable says. "New restaurants made a splash with more than a fifth opening their doors in 2015 alone. While American cuisine was quite popular, Asian, global, Italian, Mexican, and sushi eateries also made strong showings."

All restaurants with a minimum "overall" score and number of qualifying reviews were included for consideration, according to OpenTable. Qualifying restaurants were then sorted according to a score calculated from each eatery's average rating in the "hot spot" category.

Here is the full list, according to OpenTable. You can also sort by state on their website here. (Results are listed alphabetically below, and the * indicates any eateries that opened in 2015.)
