Lanham Seafood Restaurant Celebrates 10 Years With 60+ Locations Nationwide
What started as one Cajun/Creole seafood restaurant in Lanham has exploded to 60+ locations nationwide. They'll celebrate 10 years Sept. 19.

LANHAM, MD — Ten years ago in Prince George's County, a seafood restaurant set up shop, not knowing it would eventually have a national following, with more than 63 locations across the country.
Hook and Reel Seafood Restaurant, located at 9201 Woodmore Center Drive in Lanham, specializes in Cajun/Creole seafood and will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with an all-day event on Sept. 19.
Guests can enjoy all-day happy hour specials, a $250 gas card giveaway, raffle prizes, and food and drink specials as a way to thank the community and patrons for their support over the years.

"This restaurant is where our story began," said Shaun Carson, the owner of the Lanham location. "Ten years later, seeing families who have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and life's biggest moments with us is what makes this anniversary so meaningful. We're proud that something that started right here in Lanham has grown into more than 63 restaurants across the country while still calling this community home."
Hook and Reel serves up Southern-style seafood boils with fresh seafood, homestyle sides, signature drinks and the popular Po'Boy line. Seafood options include snow crab, Dungeness crab, clams, crawfish, black mussels, New Zealand mussels, scallops, shrimp, blue crab (seasonal), lobster tail, whole lobster and king crab legs.
