Major Crash Shuts Down Road In Beltsville: Police
One person has been pronounced dead in the Tuesday morning crash.

BELTSVILLE, MD -- Police have shut down a road in Beltsville after a major crash that has resulted in a fatality.
The crash happened at the intersection of Ewing Road and Hanna Street, with police closing off Ewing Road between Bacon Drive and Hanna Street.
"Around 10:45 am, officers responded for a 911 call of a car and truck involved in a crash," police said in a tweet. "When they arrived, they located an adult male in critical condition after his car crashed into a commercial box truck. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead."

The driver of the box truck was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators are still on the scene.
