Man In Critical Condition After District Heights Home Invasion

DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — A 20-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot during a home robbery in District Heights overnight, police said.

At about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, police were called for a report of a shooting in the 1900 block of Addison Street S.

When officers arrived to the scene, they found the man with multiple bullet wounds he sustained during the home invasion and transported him to a nearby hospital, police said.

At this time, police said they cannot confirm whether the victim was participating in the robbery.
