Man Fatally Shot In Ft. Washington Park, Another Man In Adelphi: Prince George's Police

Two men were found fatally shot Thursday, one in a Ft. Washington park and the other in Adelphi, Prince George's Police say.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Detectives are investigating two fatal shootings that happened Thursday, one in Fort Washington and the other in Adelphi. A 19-year-old and a 20-year-old both are dead, police say.

On May 15 at approximately 6:40 a.m., Maryland-National Capital Park Police and Prince George's police officers were called to a park in the 11900 block of Autumnwood Lane for a report of an unconscious man. When they arrived on the scene, officers found 19-year-old David Frye of Washington, D.C., with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Also on May 15 around 3:40 p.m., Prince George's officers were called to the 1900 block of Erie Street for the report of a shooting. They found 20-year-old Kevin Moscoso-Lopez of Adelphi outside with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
