A man was fatally shot Saturday at an MGM Resort and Casino parking garage, Prince George's Police said.

OXON HILL, MD — Police continue to investigate a fatal shooting that happened early Saturday morning in a parking garage at MGM Resort and Casino. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in the case.

About 4:50 a.m. Saturday, Prince George's police officers were called to the 100 block of MGM National Avenue after MGM Special Police and Security reported a shooting. They found 37-year-old Daniel Antonio Thomas of Washington, D.C., in the parking garage with gunshot wounds. Police officers administered first aid, but Thomas died at the scene, police said.

The man will be identified once relatives have been contacted, the department said.

A preliminary investigation indicates the suspect shot the victim during an argument. Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s). Anyone with information on this case who would like to speak to a detective can call 301-516-2512.

The area has had issues with teens that last month culminated in a curfew for youth. After several cases of unsupervised teenagers at National Harbor fighting, shoplifting and an unruly gathering of nearly 800 teens on Senior Skip Day, Prince George's County Executive Angela Alsobrooks reinstated a ban on unaccompanied minors on the weekend. Unaccompanied kids and teens who are age 16 and younger are not allowed at National Harbor on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m.
