Man Killed By Vehicle While Crossing Highway In Landover: Prince George's Police

A 47-year-old Hyattsville man was hit and killed Saturday night while attempting to cross Martin Luther King Jr. Highway in Landover.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 47-year-old Hyattsville man was hit and killed while attempting to cross Martin Luther King Jr. Highway in the 7100 block in Landover Saturday shortly after 8 p.m.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department, Gerber Mejia Reyes was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver of the vehicle who hit him remained on the scene.
