Officials Want To Talk To Man Seen In Disturbing Video Attacking Puppy: Report
Prince George's County animal officials want to talk to the man seen in a disturbing video attacking a puppy or small dog.

HYATTSVILLE, MD — A man's attack on a puppy or small dog outside Villages at Morgan Apartments has been captured on a Ring camera and now police want to talk to him.
Viewers are warned that the video contains disturbing footage. In it, the man holds the puppy by the neck before tossing it on the ground. He picks it up by the neck again, walks a short distance, drops the small dog, violently slaps it and hits it multiple times while it's lying on the ground, then picks it up again before exiting the camera's reach.
"I was automatically sick to my stomach," Denise Himley told FOX5DC. "They can’t speak up for themselves."
