Man's Body Found Along Anacostia River Trail
County and federal authorities are working to determine the identity of the victim, who suffered trauma to his upper body.
Authorities found a man’s body along the Anacostia River Trail in Cottage City early Saturday and are trying to determine the victim’s identity.
Prince George’s County Police are working with the Maryland-National Capital Park Police departments are investigating the circumstances leading up to and surrounding the man’s death. His body showed signs of trauma to the upper body.
Detectives are working to identify the victim, the suspect or suspects, and the motive in this case.
