Massive House Fire Breaks Out In Clinton (Video)

CLINTON, MD — Prince George's County firefighters battled a major house fire in Clinton on Wednesday afternoon, and dramatic video of the blaze was posted on social media. The video is embedded below.

Mark Brady, PGFD spokesman, tweeted at around 1:40 p.m. that there was a house fire at 12900 Windbrook Drive.

He later posted video from the scene showing flames engulfing the house. However, firefighters were able to put out the fire soon after and no injuries were reported.

Brady tweeted at around 2:15 p.m. that the fire appears to have started on the exterior and extended along the outside wall to the attic. A woman and a young child escaped safely.
