MD 410 Closing For Emergency Repairs

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Emergency drainage repairs will require a total closure in both directions of MD 410 (Veterans Parkway) between Riverdale Road and MD 450 (Annapolis Road) starting Monday.

The weeklong closure will last through April 6 and coincides with Prince George's County Public Schools' spring break to avoid delays with school-related traffic.

Drivers will be detoured during the weeklong closure using MD 450, MD 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway) and Riverdale Road.

During a routine inspection, crews discovered two sections of deteriorated corrugated metal drainage pipe and two drainage inlets that need replacement. Crews will replace the metal pipe with concrete pipes.
