MD Man Wanted In Girlfriend's Murder Captured In Florida: Police

SUITLAND, MD — A Maryland man charged in connection with the 2021 death of 51-year-old Kimberly Page has been located in Florida, according to authorities.

Prince George's County police said Kevin Lorenzo Jackson, 44, of Suitland, was taken into custody in Orange County, Florida, where he is awaiting extradition to Maryland.

According to police, Page was found dead on Dec. 17, 2021, after officers were called to the 5000 block of Leah Court in Camp Springs around 10:45 p.m. Police found Page in the roadway suffering from gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said Jackson is suspected of shooting Page during a dispute.

Jackson has been charged with first- and second-degree murder in Page's death, according to police.
