Mexican-Fusion Fast-Casual Restaurant Opens In Greenbelt
Bubbakoo's Burritos has opened in Greenbelt with customizable menu items featuring fresh ingredients.
GREENBELT, MD — The fourth Bubbakoo's Burritos in Prince George's has opened its doors.
Located in the Beltway Plaza Mall in Greenbelt, Bubbakoo's Burritos has more than 140 locations across 16 states. The first Bubbakoo's Burritos opened in 2008 as a Mexican-fusion fast-casual restaurant by cofounders Paul Altero and Bill Hart.
The eatery offers customizable menu items with fresh ingredients that include the birria crunchstack with slow-braised shredded beef stacked with cheese, opinions, cilantro and a crispy tostada crunch layer, to the Nashville hot chicken burrito, the aloha pineapple pork burrito and the crispy chicken bacon sriracha ranch quesadilla.

“We’re excited to officially open our doors in Greenbelt and introduce the community to everything that makes Bubbakoo’s different,” the company's leaders stated in a news release. “We’ve seen the excitement surrounding the brand throughout Maryland already, and we’re looking forward to becoming part of the Greenbelt community and creating a go-to spot for guests to enjoy with friends and family.”
