MGM National Harbor Releases Glamorous New 60-Second Ad
The casino's grand opening is just a couple weeks away, but not much is known yet about what opening night will involve.

NATIONAL HARBOR — The Dec. 8 grand opening of the new MGM National Harbor resort and casino is merely two weeks away, and MGM has just released a new ad for the venue.
The video can't be embedded, but you can click here to watch it on MGM's website. It depicts a glamorous woman wading into the Potomac River toward the bright light of the newly constructed MGM National Harbor resort, along with everything from chandeliers to bellhops to performers on stilts also trying to get to the casino. The video ends with the tagline, "This is monumental."
MGM National Harbor still is pretty secretive about its opening night schedule, offering nothing in the way of a schedule of events on its website, although one would imagine that there would be quite an opening party for the $1.4 billion casino resort.
