New Food Truck Hub Coming To Capital Office Park In Greenbelt
The 810,000-square-foot office park will be getting some new food options for hungry workers.

GREENBELT, MD — The Capital Office Park business campus in Greenbelt has been approved for a food truck hub, according to a statement from Morning Calm Management, which operates the office park.
Capital Office Park is a 810,000-square-foot transit-oriented business campus, and the food truck program kicked off on July 6 with El Pollo Submarine. Food trucks will be on site one or two days per week, from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
“We’re excited to offer more food and beverage options to our tenants, especially in the summer months when they can enjoy eating and relaxing in our outdoor spaces,” said Mukang Cho, CEO and Principal at Morning Calm, in the statement. “Over the coming weeks, we’ll be testing out the food trucks before putting them in the ‘normal rotation,’ and, eventually, they will be parked at our forthcoming outdoor pavilion.”
