UPDATE: Name of Dead Shooting Victim Released; $25K Reward Offered
Prince George's County Police are asking for tipsters to call with information in Tuesday night's shooting in Capitol Heights.

A $25,000 reward is being offered as Prince George’s County Police ask for leads from the public in the investigation of a fatal shooting overnight in Capitol Heights.

Gunshots were reported about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday along Pard Road and Glacier Avenue in Capitol Heights.
Police say five male victims were taken to the hospital, where one of the victims died. No information about the conditions of the other victims, or their identities, has been released.

Reginald Bernard Brown III, 18, of the 1700 block of T Street in Southeast Washington was the man who was fatally wounded, police said. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
Officers found Brown and four other men suffering from gunshot wounds. Brown died of his injuries a short time later at a hospital. The other victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call 1-866-411-TIPS. A reward is being offered in the case; callers may remain anonymous.
