Pedestrian Killed on I-95 in Prince George's County
Maryland State Police are asking for the public to help shed light on the accident, which killed a Laurel man.

A pedestrian was hit by a truck and killed on Interstate 95 in Prince George’s County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Maryland State Police.
The accident was reported about 1:17 p.m. on northbound I-95, south of the Brooklyn Bridge Road overpass, according to a news release. Investigators say Benjamin S. Stanley, 26, of Laurel, was struck by a refrigerator box truck on the interstate.
He was pronounced deceased on the scene.

The preliminary investigation shows Stanley was on foot in the slow lane of traffic when he was struck. The truck driver who struck Stanley remained at the scene and has not been charged, state police say.
Maryland State Police investigators are seeking the public’s help in obtaining more information about the incident.
