“We’ve had some financial issues and I prayed and prayed for some help,” she said. “But, this win is so much more.”
The woman, who is 53, is the mother of six grown children, and she also has five grandchildren. She plans to use the money to pay bills, invest, help family, and to take a trip.
She decided to take her money in the form of $100,000 before taxes every year for 20 years.
The 7-Eleven retailer at 2000 University Boulevard that sold the ticket will get a $2,000 bonus.
There is still another $2 million top prize to find, as well as four $50,000 prizes.
