PG Police Investigate Metro Transit Cruiser Crash into Pedestrian
Prince George's County Police are investigating an incident that involves a Metro Transit cruiser hitting a pedestrian.

A Metro Transit Police officer is on administrative duty after his patrol car struck a pedestrian early Wednesday near the Naylor Road Metro Station in Temple Hills.
The woman was trying to cross Branch Avenue when the officer’s police cruiser struck her about 12:30 a.m., reports WTOP.

The woman is in critical condition, but is expected to survive her injuries, reports WJLA TV.
The accident took place at an area without a crosswalk, intersection or traffic signal WMATA said in a statement.
