PGPD Officer Passes Away
PGPD Corp. Stacey Gist died Sunday after a battle with an illness.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD -- A Prince George's County police officer has died after a battle with an illness, the department announced Monday evening.
PGPD Corp. Stacey Gist of the Internal Affairs Division died after a "courageous battle with illness," PGPD tweeted.
"It is so difficult to imagine this smile missing from our lives," the tweet added. "Our prayers are with his family."
