Play Pokemon Go on the Bowie Baysox Baseball Field Tuesday Night
The team is letting everyone into the outfield before the game starts for a Pokemon Go party.

Want to catch pokemon and a baseball game at the same time? The Bowie Baysox are allowing anyone who comes to Prince George's Stadium early this evening to play Pokemon Go on the field itself before the game starts.
The Baysox are at home against the Hartford Yard Goats this evening with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m., but an hour before that the Baysox will host a hunt for Pokemon in the outfield with a lure module active from 6-6:30 p.m.
A lure module is attached by players to "PokeStops" in the game to attract pokemon. Everyone in the area of a lure module gets to benefit from its effects, and the Bowie Baysox will be taking advantage of that feature to set up one big party in the outfield before the game.

Kids will also get the opportunity to meet Pikachu from 6:30 until 8 p.m., and the winner of the "Win the Gym Challenge" will be announced at the end of the 6th inning, according to an announcement from the team.
"Don't miss tonight's Baysox Pokemon Go Challenge," the Baysox said on their Facebook page. "Fans can meet Pikachu, hunt for Pokemon on the field and control the Gym for a chance to win prizes."
