Police: $25K Reward Offered in Landover Homicide

A North Carolina man was shot to death Sunday night and a second person was injured, police say.

A North Carolina man was shot to death Sunday night in Landover, in what police say was not a random act.

The Prince George’s County Police Department says Felando Deon Johnson, 39, of Henderson, NC, was shot about 10:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Greeley Place. He died a short time later at an area hospital.

A second victim was also shot. Police say his injuries are not considered life-threatening. Authorities have not released the name of the second victim, or said what preceded the shootings.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for tips that lead to the arrest of a suspect in the shootings.
