Police Arrest Suspect in Wild Shootout at Dice Game in Capitol Heights
Six people were shot and two were killed in the Sunday shooting, and police are looking for more suspects.

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD — Police have arrested a man in connection with a shootout that left two teenagers dead and four others injured at a dice game in Capitol Heights Sunday morning.
Police arrested 22-year-old Bravon Freeman of Southeast D.C. on charges of first and second degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of 14-year-old Todd Webb. The investigation continues into identifying a suspect or suspects who shot and killed 18-year-old Brian Davis at the same shooting scene minutes earlier, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.
Police were called to the 6800 block of Walker Mill Road at around 2:45 a.m. Oct. 30 to a report of a shooting, and found six shooting victims in the parking lot. Webb and Davis were pronounced dead at the scene.

"The preliminary investigation reveals the six victims and Freeman were among a group of people who were gathered outside an apartment building to take part in or watch a dice game," the report states. "For a reason which remains under investigation, a suspect or suspects began to shoot into the group. Davis was killed in that shooting. Several minutes later, detectives believe Freeman went inside the building, got a gun and then shot and killed Webb. Responding patrol officers arrested Freeman on the scene."
Freeman is being held without bond.
