Police Searching for Owner of Car Used in Security Guard's Death
Prince George's County Police want to talk to anyone tied to Dodge Charger driven by suspect who shot two security guards, killing one.

Authorities want to talk to anyone tied to a Dodge Charger found abandoned in Northeast DC after its driver reportedly shot and killed a security guard in Capitol Heights in what seems to be a targeted attack.
Prince George’s County Police said the guard who was killed is Adrian Kinard, 26, of Queen Street in Northeast DC. Kinard died of his injuries at a hospital.
A second guard’s was shot, but his injuries were not life-threatening, police said. No name has been released for the injured guard.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered in connection with the July 17 shooting at the Central Gardens Apartments , 5 Cindy Lane.
Authorities said it appears the guards were targeted. The victims were each shot while at their personal cars parked at the complex, police said.

The shooting suspect fled in a 2012 black Dodge Charger that was recovered Sunday, parked on 45th Street in Northeast DC near Kenilworth Gardens. Detectives want to speak with anyone who may have any information on this car, which had paper, temporary tags.
