Police to Stop Drivers at Sobriety Checkpoint Friday Night

Prince George's County Police will set up a sobriety checkpoint this Friday evening, Sept. 19.

If you plan to go out for drinks Friday night, line up a sober driver to get you safely home, or risk jail time.

The Prince George’s County Police Department will conduct a sobriety checkpoint on Friday, Sept. 19, from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Officers will focus on the northern portion of the county, the department said on its blog.
