Post Office Truck Crashes into Pond in PG County
Two people were taken to the hospital, and Maryland State Police are investigating.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD — Two people in a U.S. Postal Service truck were injured after they crashed into a water retention pond just off the Beltway Monday morning.
Prince George's County Fire/EMS spokesman Mark Brady tweeted that the USPS box truck went off the inner loop of the Beltway at around 9 a.m. at the Route 210 exit, which is in the National Harbor area.
Two occupants of the vehicle "self-rescued" and were transported to a local hospital.

Brady said they both had non-life-threatening injuries, and Maryland State Police were investigating.
