As Baltimore residents pleaded for peace while some took to the streets in violence, there was a moment of normality captured on camera.

Prince George’s County Police -- as well as officer from Montgomery and Anne Arundel County -- were sent to help quell the unrest in the city of Baltimore.

When a boy asked a Prince George’s County officer for help with his broken bike, the officer fixed it and the boy rode off, the department said on Twitter.
