Student Stabbed At Accokeek Academy In PG County: Police
The stabbing happened Friday morning when a fight broke out at the school, police said.

ACCOKEEK, MD — A student was stabbed when a fight broke out at Accokeek Academy on Friday morning, authorities said.
Prince George's County police said officers were called to the school around 8:45 a.m. Students were getting off a school bus when a fight broke out, according to NBC Washington.
A student was then stabbed by another student, police said. The student's injuries were considered non-life-threatening.

The school was on lockdown for almost an hour after the stabbing, according to a letter sent to parents by Principal Judy Adams and obtained by NBC.
Police said two other students were detained pending further investigation.
