Suspect In Adelphi Fatal Shooting Sought By Detectives: Prince George's Police
Prince George's detectives continue to search for the suspect in a fatal shooting that happened May 15 in Adelphia.
ADELPHI, MD — Detectives are searching for 21-year-old Erick Pineda of Silver Spring who they say fatally shot 20-year-old Kevin Moscoso-Lopez of Adelphi.
On May 15 at approximately 3:40 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 1900 block of Erie Street for a report of a shooting. They found Moscoso-Lopez outside with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
A preliminary investigation indicates that Pineda shot Moscoso-Lopez during an argument. They were known to each other.
