19-Year-Old Temple Hills Suspect Charged In Laurel Man's Shooting Death
A 19-year-old Temple Hills man has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of a Laurel resident, according to police.
LAUREL, MD — A 19-year-old Temple Hills man has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of 31-year-old Ovidio Arnoldo Zecena-Mateo of Laurel.
Detectives identified Noe Manrique Garcia-Umanzor, 19, as the suspect in Zecena-Mateo's shooting death on April 1. He has been charged with charged with first-degree murder and other related criminal charges, according to the police department.
