UPDATE: Suspect Arrested in Oxon Hill Murder: Police

Prince George's County Police asked for the public's help to find a Washington, D.C., man's killer.

The Prince George’s County Police Department on Monday morning arrested a murder suspect sought in Saturday night’s shooting in Oxon Hill.

Police were called to the 5000 block of Glassmanor Drive about 11:50 p.m. Saturday for a shooting. At the scene, officers found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The victim is identified as Kenneth Antoine Jones, 36, of the 2700 block of Wade Road in Southeast, Washington, D.C.

Antjuon Riddick, 36, of the 500 block of Wilson Bridge Drive in Oxon Hill has been charged with first-degree murder in the case. Authorities had appealed to the public to help located Riddick.

Detectives believe the shooting stemmed from an argument between the two men. Riddick reportedly showed up uninvited to a party the victim was attending on Glassmanor Drive.
