Suspects Arrested In Theft Of Packages From Apartment Complex

LAUREL, MD — Officers have tracked down and arrested two suspects wanted in connection to a theft at a Laurel apartment complex.

Theresa Thompson, 46, and Penelope Vlado, 23, have been arrested in connection to the theft of more than $1,000 worth of merchandise, including cell phones, clothing, jewelry and beauty products from the apartment complex's mail room.

Both individuals face multiple burglary, theft and related charges. The investigation continues as detectives uncover more items reported stolen.
