Teen Shot To Death In Adelphi: Police

ADELPHI, MD — Police are searching for a suspect after a teenager was found shot to death in Adelphi last week.

Police were called to the 1800 block of Fox Street at around 6:40 p.m. on June 1 to a report of a shooting, and found 19-year-old William Canales suffering from a gunshot wound to his body, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.

Canales died from his wound at the hospital the next morning.

Police are offering a cash reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
