An arrest warrant has been issued for a Lothian teen charged as an adult in the murder of a Glenn Dale teenager, according to Prince George’s County Police.

The department on Monday obtained an arrest warrant and is searching for the suspect -- Chet Markland Jarrett Jr., 17, whose last known address is the 100 block of B Street in Lothian. He’s charged as an adult with the murder of 17-year-old Jajuan Mcrae of Brookstone Terrace in Glenn Dale.

Police were called about 10 p.m. Friday to the 4300 block of Rockport Lane, where they found Mcrae outside suffering from gunshot wounds. He died a short time later at a hospital.
