Traffic Alert: MD 210 Partially Closed for Emergency Utility Work
Highway officials warn that northbound MD 210 in Oxon Hill will have two lanes closed until 3 p.m. today, and one lane closed Friday.

Emergency Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission utility and pavement work along northbound MD 210 (Indian Head Highway) means portions of the highway are closed until rush hour begins Thursday.
According to a State Highway Administration news release, two of the three lanes between the I-95/495 interchange and Palmer Road in Oxon Hill are closed until 3 p.m. today.

On, Friday, April 17, single lane closures are permitted along this section of MD 210, which will allow WSSC’s contractor to paint new lane markings. This work will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and will extend through the week of April 20.
Work is not permitted on Saturday or Sunday.
