Video Shows Suspect Fleeing After Brutal Stabbing in Langley Park: Police
Police are asking for help identifying the man in the video.

LANGLEY PARK, MD — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man in a video who is wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man here in July.
Police were called to the 2000 block of University Boulevard at around 5 p.m. July 27 and found 33-year-old Marvin Diaz-Marin of Hyattsville suffering from stab wounds to his body. They declared him dead at the scene, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.
Homicide Unit detectives released surveillance video Sept. 7 of "a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide in Langley Park in July," the report states. The video shows the man walking past and then minutes later running in the opposite direction.

"A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case. Tipsters will not have to give their name," the report states. "Anyone who sees the suspect or has information on his identity is asked to please call 301-772-4925.
